Can’t say enough good things about the job Jason of Shower Pros did with my shower stall and glass door. After years and years of my trying to keep the tiles clean and rid the stall of stain and mould, Jason was able to make it look brand new as if it was just installed! This includes the glass door. It was badly etched from all the hard water. Jason spent extra time on this and it looks great! Jason did a great job cleaning our shower, repairing and replacing grout, cleaning the shower drain, and cleaning the shower door. He spent a whole day on our shower (mostly the floor that has some type of 35 year old space dirt embedded in the tile).

Our stone tile shower was starting to get some mold that was difficult for us to remediate due to the tile being so porous. Jason was referred to me and he did an outstanding job! Our home is going on 40 years old and we've been updating for a few years now. The upstairs secondary bathroom had never been retiled or professionally cleaned and it definitely needed it. Jason was here approximately 4 and 1/2 hours and my shower /tub looks close to being brand new. No mess, he is very clean. Bought all his own supplies and covers.

Jason came to my home for what I believed to be a fairly simple patch job. He inspected the project and walked me through everything making sure I understood what exactly happened. He was professional but sincere and went above and beyond by troubleshooting a plumbing issue my previous contractor had left me with. He was honest and he did exactly what he promised to do. Most importantly he left things in way better condition than he found it. I’ve had several calls into this project and I consider myself wildly lucky I ended up with shower pros and Jason. We are grateful for the work and workmanship that Jason provided. After more than 20 years, our two bathrooms had issues of cracking grout, mildew build-up (minimal ventilation in master shower), and hard water stains on the ceramic tile and glass.
Jason had the expertise to address the issues and took the time required to do a thorough job.
After removing the cracked grout around the tub in our guest bath (which should have been caulking, not grout, from day one), rather than rushing the deep application of caulk, he came back on a subsequent day to finish the job, applying a second coat due to the depth of the fill.
He was punctual, respectful of our recent remodel (wearing shoe protectors to protect our flooring) and took care to not damage the handmade tiles in both baths.
He gave us very useful information on how we can best maintain the tile/grout and glass surfaces, including the products he recommends for cleaning and upkeep.
Five stars for the job well done.

Excellent service and very high quality work by Shower Pros. Jason was able to fit us in within only a few days. Our shower needed cleaning and some considerable grout repair. Lots of mildew, and missing grout pieces. Jason cleaned the shower and grout and regrouted the shower with epoxy grout matching the original color. Plus he fixed a number of other issues with the drain. The work was of very high quality and it took the greater part of the day. For work of this quality and given the time required to complete the work, we felt the price was reasonable. If you want high quality work that will last, go with Jason. We are very happy we did. And if we ever need work on the other showers in our house, we will definitely use him again.

Jason did an excellent job on our shower! We had hard (well) water stains and soap scum. Our glass shower door was also stained with well water build up. Our shower has never looked so good! He was also able to fix our shower drain cover, it needed new screws and we weren’t able to get it to secure. I wasn’t even expecting him to be able to fix it! Jason was excellent to work with. Had a couple quotes and Jason‘s quote came in about 25% less than the other contractors (and I ensured the services offered where Apple to apples).

He was very transparent to me with what I needed versus what was quoted to me by others that was deemed unnecessary and more of a cash grab by the contractor, which I also truly appreciated.

Jason’s turnaround time from approval of the quote to doing the work was very reasonable (about a week), and he finished the job in about a day and a half.

We had mold and mildew in our grout as well as soap, scum buildup on our stone surface and glass, all of which, he was able to remove and make look ‘like new’ again. He did all of this without the use of incredibly harsh chemicals, even to the point of using razor blades to scrape scope scum. Very impressive.

Based on the quotes I received from multiple contractors combined with the services rendered by Jason, I am fully confident to recommend him to anyone else in need of restoring your shower.

Jason did a fabulous job on our travertine tiled master shower. After 20 years it built up soap and mold. I tried several times to clean it over the years to no avail. Jason returned the tile to its original color and shine. He showed me how the stone is porous and retains water. With the aid of professional grade dehumidifier, we were able to remove several quarts of water that was behind the wall. Knowing this, I will have Jason return annually to keep the shower in tip top shape. No more waiting years to let the tiles get dirty and moldy. It’s much easier to stay on top of it, than let it get out of control. Jason is reliable and trustworthy.

Jason, from Shower Pros did an excellent job of cleaning up two showers for us over the past two days. We chose the Option 1 job for each shower at a rate of $600 per shower. In total it took him about 8 hours. They both looked great when he was done! He even threw in some tile repair that he valued at $150. I would have had the glass done as well but I guess it was a good bit of extra work and out of the range of what we wanted to spend. Jason was prompt, friendly and forthcoming with information and tips about shower care. I certainly recommend him for shower cleaning and repair!

Jason applied epoxy grout around the perimeter of my 2 showers and it looks great. He had done one of the showers in 2017. Settlement of the foundation had caused a few cracks so it was time to repeat the process. I’ve loved not having to clean mold from this area. GROUT AND STONE SEALING

Full service including grout and stone sealing. although sealing grout doesn't do a whole lot in showers, we get asked about sealing grout on just about every job. We can seal your grout and recommend sealing stone such as granite, limestone, travertine, slate and marble. Our view is to keep your shower cleaned annually vs sealing.

MOLD and MILDEW REMOVAL

We start off with treating any mold and mildew areas with mold killer. This kills mold in 1 minute. Next step is to rinse with water, The mold killer keeps working as it's an active ingredient that helps with future growth. The problem with showers is that water can find it's way under the tile/grout on a shower floor. The area becomes saturated and never dries out between uses. This is where the mold and mildew begin to grow. Keeping your shower clean and sealed will slow down this process.

HOW DO WE CLEAN SHOWERS?

Tile and grout is sprayed down with a ph balanced cleaner that loosens up soap and shampoo residue. Grout is hand scrubbed with a stainless steel brush to mechanically break free the buildup as cleaning chemicals only help to loosen the dirt. Tile is scrubbed using a high quality car detailing buffing machine and white abrasive nylon pads. Area is then rinsed with clean water. We have good success with removing hard water deposits as those need to be mechanically removed with power equipment. In one visit, years of buildup can be removed. It's a good idea to call us back for annual cleaning to stay on top of it.
