At Grout Repair Pro, we stand behind the integrity of our craft. We provide a 2-year limited workmanship warranty on all restoration services, effective from the date of project completion.

What is Covered

• Defects in application methods or installation techniques.
• Structural integrity of grout and tile repairs performed by our team.

Exclusions & Maintenance

Because grout and silicone are maintained components, this warranty does not cover:

• Silicone Discoloration: As discussed, silicone in wet areas is subject to environmental factors. Discoloration caused by lack of ventilation, mold, or improper cleaning agents is not a failure of workmanship.
• Environmental Neglect: Damage from high humidity, acidic cleaning chemicals, or heavy oil-based products.
• Structural Movement: Cracking resulting from house settling or foundation shifts occurring after project completion.

Making a Claim

If you suspect a defect, please notify us in writing within 30 days of discovery. We will schedule an on-site inspection to assess the issue and determine if it falls within the scope of our workmanship guarantee. Proof of purchase or original invoice is required for all claims.
