• Premium Waterproofing: Shampoo niche explicitly protected using foam backerboard and orange Schluter corners with advanced sealant at all joints.
• Lippage & Movement Control: Heavy modern large-format tiles held perfectly flush using self-leveling red clips during the thinset curing cycle.
• Design Accents: Sleek metal trim installed cleanly around the outside perimeter of walls and niche borders, framing custom glass subway tiles on the back wall of the niche.

Advanced Grout & Moisture Architecture:

Walls are finished with beautiful Laticrete Stormy Gray grout to complement the tile lines. Where the tub meets the tile, we apply heavy-duty Epoxy Grout / Super Grout Additive. This outlasts and outperforms traditional silicone or tub caulk, completely blocking water from seeping behind the wet system walls.

At the vanity floor area, a high-performance Schluter Ditra mat is laid directly over the wood subfloor to manage structural movement. Combined with red self-leveling clips, this delivers an entirely flat, crack-free bathroom floor foundation.
