Step 01
Mold & Mildew Removal
We treat affected areas with a commercial mold killer that eliminates spores in 1 minute before rinsing with water. Because water easily traps under shower floors and saturates, the active ingredients keep working behind the scenes to inhibit future mildew growth.
Step 02
Glass Deep Cleaning
Replacing an entire glass shower enclosure can quickly become expensive. Our deep clean service strips away layered hard water spots, cloudy mineral film, and soap scum, restoring your existing glass enclosures back to a brilliant shine. Included is the replacement of moldy silicone.
Step 03
Tile & Grout Cleaning
We break loose deep soap scum and shampoo residue using a high-quality, professional-strength formula. This specialized commercial cleaner targets heavy buildup while remaining 100% safe for everything in your shower—especially porous grout lines that are highly sensitive to harsh chemicals. We combine this with mechanical hand scrubbing and mechanical buffer pads to erase years of hard water deposits.
Step 04
Silicone Replacement
We scrape clean the tedious shower floor perimeter down to a completely raw, bare surface. We replace it with premium 100% color-matched silicone, or we may upgrade your perimeter to ultra-reliable 100% Epoxy Grout depending on your shower’s unique structural condition.
Step 05
Drain & Weep Hole Cleaning
Slow or backed-up shower drains cause water to pool, accelerating grout wear and mold growth. We clear out heavy hair and debris from the drain line and ensure sub-surface weep holes are clear to protect your shower’s underlying waterproofing structure.
Step 06
Tile & Grout Repair
Backed by over 30 years of hands-on tile installation experience, if a crack or loose piece can be repaired, we will fix it cleanly. We offer focused regrouting services tailored to your specific tile layout to reinforce stability and prevent structural leaks.

He was very transparent to me with what I needed versus what was quoted to me by others that was deemed unnecessary and more of a cash grab by the contractor, which I also truly appreciated.
Jason’s turnaround time from approval of the quote to doing the work was very reasonable (about a week), and he finished the job in about a day and a half.
We had mold and mildew in our grout as well as soap, scum buildup on our stone surface and glass, all of which, he was able to remove and make look ‘like new’ again. He did all of this without the use of incredibly harsh chemicals, even to the point of using razor blades to scrape scope scum. Very impressive.
Based on the quotes I received from multiple contractors combined with the services rendered by Jason, I am fully confident to recommend him to anyone else in need of restoring your shower.”

Oct 6, 2024“We are grateful for the work and workmanship that Jason provided. After more than 20 years, our two bathrooms had issues of cracking grout, mildew build-up (minimal ventilation in master shower), and hard water stains on the ceramic tile and glass.
Jason had the expertise to address the issues and took the time required to do a thorough job.
After removing the cracked grout around the tub in our guest bath (which should have been caulking, not grout, from day one), rather than rushing the deep application of caulk, he came back on a subsequent day to finish the job, applying a second coat due to the depth of the fill.
He was punctual, respectful of our recent remodel (wearing shoe protectors to protect our flooring) and took care to not damage the handmade tiles in both baths.
He gave us very useful information on how we can best maintain the tile/grout and glass surfaces, including the products he recommends for cleaning and upkeep.
